As mass attracts mass with definite affinity due to each items definite atomic mass due to each items "sub" atomic energy, being that all matter is at a low vibrancy as a lowered form of energy that is congealed as 'matter'.
The Universe's energy & matter conform to 'polarity' of energy.
Consider a 'magnet' it has two pole fields put forth by the polarity charge of the internal energies of the magnetic item. dipolelectric ~ energy of consideration of the neucleus of an atom with Neutrons and Positrons with a satellite flurry of electrons.
Let's say that in the negative magnetic polarity of the electrons atomic energy levels reduce to near zero with enough negativity to keep them orbiting the neucleus of that atoms definite atomic particular structure. Consider then that the positrons of that atom is induced with the energies of the lowered energy of the electrons and thus increase their positronic energy and their energy field grows ~ expands outside of the atoms definite boundaries. Thus the Positive pole of the magnet.
In regards to the Negative,South, pole of the magnet the opposite is in effect, while at the boundary of the positive pole and the negative pole the atoms form a band of near neutrality of energies of the atoms and sate themselves as neutrons with enough of an attractiveness from the neucleus to maintain their orbital electrons and maintain itself as a metallic atomic element or alloy or another form of a magnetic element or alloy such as a magnetic ceramic.
Since atoms are a formation of 'energy' that is a phase of 'matter' and both equate with either in Pico minute forms of such then we go back to reiterate ~ quote "As mass attracts mass with definite affinity due to each items definite atomic mass due to each items "sub"-atomic energy, being that all matter is at a low vibrancy as a lowered form of energy."
The 'core of the atoms at that boundary of the 'poles' as a possible consideration of 'non-matter, non-energy of notability as 'normal' matter or 'energy' and stands at a 'level' of neutrality non-effectual though sustaining its appearance as Tangible, viewable, measurable 'matter' and much lowered energies.
